Eddie Smith 99 years, the dearly loved husband of the late Dilys, the much loved father of Robert and the late Richard, and father in law of June, a dear and devoted grandad of Andrew and William, also a loving great grandad to Max, George and Amy.
Will friends please meet for service at Wakefield Crematorium, at 2.40pm on Thursday 16th April.
Family flowers only by request donations in lieu of flowers if so desired would be appreciated for Barnsley Hospice for which a donation box will be provided at the service.
